These terms govern bookings made on the LimoAirportGroup website, published by HK Luxury SASU, for private chauffeur, helicopter transfer, vehicle rental, yacht charter and private jet services in its destinations (French Riviera, Paris, Courchevel, London).
Chauffeur journeys are mostly carried out by LimoAirportGroup's chauffeurs; some transfers may be entrusted to professional partner chauffeurs, particularly at busy times. Helicopter and private jet flights, as well as vehicle and yacht rentals, are provided by companies, rental firms or yacht owners holding the authorisations required for their activity, who are solely responsible for their physical delivery.
Prices shown during booking are calculated according to the route, the vehicle or aircraft, the date and any options selected. They are expressed in euros or pounds sterling depending on the destination, all taxes included. A price marked “on request” does not bind LimoAirportGroup until written confirmation has been sent to the client.
Depending on the service, payment is made online at the time of booking (secure payment by Stripe) or directly to the chauffeur on the day of the service. For a vehicle or yacht rental, a 50% deposit is paid online when booking, with the remaining 50% balance due as set out in the confirmation.
Any request to change or cancel a booking must be sent in writing to contact@limoairportgroup.com or made by phone on +33 7 67 52 32 81. Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the service. After that, the service is no longer refundable.
LimoAirportGroup undertakes to pass on to its chauffeurs and, where applicable, its partners the information supplied by the client (times, addresses, number of passengers) in order to organise the service as well as possible. LimoAirportGroup cannot be held liable for delays, cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, decisions by airport or navigation authorities, or force majeure.
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after seeking an amicable solution, the competent French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
