Who collects your data

Data we collect

When you make a booking or request a quote, we collect:

• Identity: surname, first name and, where applicable, company name
• Contact details: email address, phone number
• Trip details: dates, pick-up and drop-off locations, flight or train number
• Payment details: processed directly by our payment provider Stripe and never stored on our servers
• For a vehicle rental: the driver's age, driving licence number and date of issue
• For a helicopter flight: the name and weight of each passenger, required by the operator for the safety and loading of the aircraft

Why we use it

This data is used solely to organise your service: confirming your booking, coordinating with your chauffeur, pilot or rental company, contacting you if anything unexpected happens, and issuing invoices. It is shared with our payment (Stripe) and messaging providers, and, where applicable, only with the partners strictly required to deliver your service.

Legal bases: performance of the contract to organise your service, our legal obligations for invoicing and accounting, and your consent for audience measurement and advertising cookies.

Recipients and service providers

Your data is shared only with the providers we need: Stripe (payment and invoicing), Google (booking spreadsheet and calendar, route calculation and address suggestions), Meta (WhatsApp notification of the booking to our team), Resend (sending emails), Supabase (booking database) and Vercel (website hosting), as well as the chauffeur who delivers your service (one of our chauffeurs or, where applicable, a partner chauffeur) and the pilots, rental companies and yacht owners involved. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR. Your data is never sold.

How long we keep it

Booking data is kept for as long as needed to manage our business relationship, then archived for the period required by legal and accounting obligations (up to 10 years for invoicing documents).

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@limoairportgroup.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies and advertising measurement

Only with your consent, this website uses audience measurement and advertising cookies:

• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited): visitor statistics (_ga cookies, 13 months at most)
• Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited): measuring the bookings, quote requests and contacts that come from our ads (_gcl cookies, 90 days)
• ChatGPT Ads measurement pixel (OpenAI): measuring the bookings and requests that come from our ads on ChatGPT (__oppref cookie, 30 days, and __obref cookie, 12 months)

These tools are used only to measure the performance of our ads and website: no personal booking data (name, contact details, trip) is shared with them. These providers may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework, standard contractual clauses). Without your consent, none of these cookies is set. You can change your mind at any time using the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page.

Security

Data sent through this website is encrypted (HTTPS). Payments are processed by Stripe, which complies with banking security standards (PCI-DSS); no card details pass through or are stored by LimoAirportGroup.
