An airport transfer or a scenic flight over the Alps: two ways to take to the skies.
The helicopter transfer is for travellers who want to go straight from the terminal to the mountains: once you have your bags, you board close to the terminal building and land at the Altiport, a stone's throw from Courchevel 1850.
Most flights leave from Geneva, but they can also depart from Chambéry, Lyon, Annecy, Grenoble or Sion depending on where you are coming from, with flight times ranging from fifteen minutes to just over an hour.
This option really comes into its own on winter Saturdays, when the Tarentaise valley is gridlocked: the time saved is then counted in hours, from the very first day of your stay.
On arrival, a chauffeur takes over to your chalet or hotel, and the same sequence can be arranged in reverse on the day you leave.
The price depends on the route and the aircraft: it is shown online for the most common routes and confirmed when you book.
Please let our team know about any change to your flight times as soon as you are aware of it.
Discover the helicopter transfer

A scenic flight has no destination: the helicopter takes off from Courchevel and returns there after a loop over the finest landscapes in the Savoie, an experience in its own right rather than a simple transfer.
The Mont Blanc route, the shortest, heads for the roof of Europe and its glaciers; the Vanoise route ventures into the heart of France's first national park; the Three Valleys flight, the longest, takes in the whole ski area at a glance.
Each option takes up to five passengers, so you can share the flight with family or friends, and a starting price is shown for each one.
Non-skiers find a spectacular way to enjoy the mountains, and skiers a rare chance to see the slopes they ski every day from a new angle.
Take-off is from Courchevel itself, with no prior trip to an airport, and the loop brings passengers back to where they started, ready to carry on with their day.
The flight is booked directly online by choosing the option, the date and the number of passengers.
An aircraft and a pilot are assigned to you alone for the duration of your flight, with no sharing with other passengers.
Discover the scenic flightFor a couple or a small family with a reasonable amount of luggage, a single-engine helicopter such as the Airbus H125 is more than enough and remains the most economical option.
Beyond four or five passengers, or with several ski bags, a more spacious twin-engine becomes necessary: in the mountains, it is the total weight on board, not the number of seats, that sets a helicopter's load limit.
When booking, you enter the number of passengers, suitcases and cabin bags: our team checks that the chosen aircraft can carry everything and suggests a larger model if needed.
For larger groups, two successive rotations or two aircraft flying in parallel can be arranged so that everyone reaches the resort the same morning.
Aircraft with roomier, quieter cabins are also available for passengers who prioritise comfort on the longest routes.
Do not hesitate to ask our team for advice: they know the real capabilities of each model and will guide you to the right choice.
Book my transfer

By helicopter, the mountains set the rules: cloud ceiling, high-altitude wind and snowfall can delay a departure, whatever type of flight you choose.
For a transfer, it is best to leave some leeway in your plans on arrival day; for a scenic flight, aiming for a day with fine weather forecast lets you enjoy the view to the full.
When the weather rules out flying, there is always an alternative: a car transfer so your arrival is not delayed, or a new slot in the following days for a scenic flight.
Christmas, New Year and the February holidays account for most requests: booking as soon as your dates are set guarantees aircraft availability.
In winter, short days also limit the slots: flights take place in daylight, so late arrivals need to be planned ahead or finished by car.
Our team follows the forecasts from the day before the flight and lets you know as early as possible if the conditions are in doubt.
Feel free to tell us about any timing constraints: we will find the most suitable slot based on the forecast.
